The Role

As our Hotel Controller, you’ll oversee the financial operations of the property, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and insight that supports smart decision-making. You’ll be the financial steward of the hotel—protecting assets, guiding performance, and partnering with leadership to drive profitable results.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Oversee all hotel accounting functions, including AP, AR, payroll, and GL
• Prepare monthly financial statements, forecasts, and variance analysis
• Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and audit requirements
• Manage cash flow, banking, and balance sheet reconciliations
• Support the annual budget process and ongoing financial planning
• Partner closely with the General Manager and department leaders
• Provide clear financial insight that turns data into action
