The Role As a Complimentary Services Coordinator, you oversee the setup, presentation, and service of the hotel’s complimentary offerings, such as breakfast, evening receptions, or guest amenities. You help maintain cleanliness, support guest needs, and ensure a welcoming environment.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Oversee setup, restocking, and presentation of complimentary services
  • Greet guests and provide friendly, helpful service
  • Monitor food, beverage, and supply levels and replenish as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of service and dining areas
  • Ensure compliance with food handling and safety standards
  • Assist with light food preparation and basic service tasks
  • Answer guest questions and support requests
  • Communicate supply or maintenance needs to leadership
