Compensation: $55,000 to $65,000 per year

You are organized, detail focused, and skilled at coordinating events from start to finish.

The Role

Serve as the primary contact for our two hotels - Hilton Garden Inn and Homewood Suites - both located in the heart of Nashville, TN meetings and groups, coordinating event details and execution.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Manage inquiries, bookings, and confirmations
  • Prepare event orders, contracts, and details
  • Coordinate setups, A/V, and F&B
  • Conduct site tours and client communication
  • Maintain records and communication logs
  • Provide service before, during, and after events
