You are organized, accurate, and detail oriented.

The Role

Support daily accounting operations including invoice processing, payments, reconciliations, and records management.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Process invoices and payments
  • Reconcile accounts and verify balances
  • Maintain organized files and documentation
  • Assist with daily revenue and cash reports
  • Support month end close tasks
  • Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders

    What Makes You You

  • Accurate data entry and reconciliation skills
  • Organized, dependable, and deadline oriented
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets and accounting software
