Compensation: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour

The Role

The Accounts Receivable Associate plays a vital role within the accounting team, overseeing A/R processes while ensuring adherence to company policies, contractual obligations, and applicable accounting standards.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Process invoices and payments
  • Identify groups and events to be billed and partner with the sales team to ensure a valid method of payment is received.
  • Support month-end closing activities related to receivables.
  • Maximize speed of collection while maintaining good relations with clients and ensure adherence to company policies.
  • Resolve discrepancies related to invoices, payments and adjustments.
  • Support controller with data and analysis for A/R performance.

    What Makes You You

  • Knowledge of hotel accounting processes (night audit, A/R, Lightspeed) preferred
  • Accurate data entry and reconciliation skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets and accounting software
  • Must be flexible to work including holidays and weekends (based on business needs).
