Compensation: $16.50 to $17.00 per hour

The Role

Prepare menu items according to recipes and standards, maintain a clean and organized station, support kitchen operations during service, and ensure food quality and safety at all times.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Prepare food items according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines
  • Set up, stock, and maintain a clean and organized workstation
  • Assist with prep work, chopping, portioning, and labeling ingredients
  • Cook items to order during service with accuracy and timing
  • Maintain proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely
  • Support banquet production or other outlets as needed
  • Assist with receiving and storing deliveries
  • Communicate with culinary leadership and service staff during operations
