The Role As the Maintenance Supervisor, you oversee daily maintenance operations, assign work orders, and support the upkeep of guest rooms, public areas, and building systems. You help maintain a safe, efficient environment and guide the maintenance team in repairs, preventive maintenance, and guest service.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Supervise maintenance team members and daily work assignments
  • Perform routine repairs and preventive maintenance throughout the hotel
  • Respond to guest maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly
  • Conduct property walkthroughs to identify repair needs and safety concerns
  • Ensure compliance with hotel maintenance standards and safety procedures
  • Maintain tools, supplies, equipment, and storage areas
  • Support the Chief Engineer with planning and project coordination
  • Keep accurate records of work orders, completed tasks, and equipment status
  • Assist team members as needed with hands on repair tasks

    What Makes You You

  • Hotel or building maintenance experience required
  • Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repair work
  • Strong leadership, communication, and task‑management skills
  • Reliable, safety focused, and able to prioritize effectively
  • Able to lift, move, climb, and work with tools and equipment
  • Must be flexible to work any shifts, including holidays and weekends
