Shift times: Morning shift from 6am to 11am/ Evening shift from 4:30pm to 10pm (subject to change based on business needs).

Job Purpose

Job Responsibilities

1. Supply guests with travel information, such as transportation rates, routes, and schedules.
2. Offers information pertaining to available services and facilities of hotel, points of interest, and entertainment attractions.
3. Furnish information, make reservations, and obtain tickets for guests to social and recreational events or for travel.  
4. Acts as host for morning coffee service.
5. Assists Administrative Assistant in duties such as authorizing credit applications.
6. Arranges for cleaning, laundering, and repair of guests’ clothing and other items.
7. Handles all V.I.P. requests including ordering of products and turndown service.
8. Arranges for sending and receiving of packages.
9. Takes the initiative to greet guests in a friendly and warm manner.
10. Other duties as assigned.

Job Skills

1. Carry out specific oral or written instructions, frequently following a simple routine.

Education

• HS Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum 3 months' experience in spa, office or retail setting.
• At least 3 months' experience working in high-volume, fast-paced locations.

Physical Requirements and working conditions:

• Ability to speak and hear.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Close and distance vision. 
• Frequently lifts/carries up to 50 lbs. 
• Continual use of manual dexterity and gross motor skills with frequent use of bi-manual dexterity and fine motor skills.
