We are seeking a highly skilled an experienced Corporate Director of Engineering as a senior leader role responsible for overseeing the engineering department within Dimension Hospitality. As the Corporate Director of Engineering, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of engineering strategies across the organization.

This role is crucial for driving innovation and maintaining competitive advantages within the company by leveraging engineering expertise and leadership.

Responsibilities: 

• Leadership and Strategy: Develop and implement engineering strategies aligned with the company's goals. Lead, mentor, and manage engineering teams to ensure effective project execution.
• Project Oversight: Oversee multiple engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
• Resource Management: Manage engineering resources effectively, including staffing, budgeting, and equipment procurement. Optimize resource allocation to maximize productivity.
• Innovation and Development: Drive innovation in engineering practices and technologies. Encourage the development of new products and improvements to existing products.
• Compliance and Standards: Ensure all engineering activities comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies. Implement best practices in engineering processes.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between engineering and other departments such as manufacturing, quality assurance, and sales. Communicate engineering objectives and progress to stakeholders.
• Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for engineering teams. Monitor performance and implement improvements as needed.
• Budgeting and Cost Control: Prepare and manage the engineering budget. Analyze financial performance and implement cost-saving measures.
