Reports to: SVP Sales & Marketing Supervises Digital Strategy Managers, Reputation Managers Job Purpose The Corporate Director of eCommerce is responsible for the overall strategy and execution of e-Commerce/Digital work for Dimension Hospitality and it's portfolio of hotels. This position supports the e-Commerce and online marketing needs of the porfolio, ensuring that all efforts are made to maximize production from online channelts to achieve Company revenue objectives. Job Responsibilities Articulate the Company vision and strategy to achieve top line revenue goals. Share and distribute Brand supported e-commerce initiatives that add value to the portfolio. Communicate and implement brand initiatives in timely and effective manner. Ensure that all paid search campaigns are optimized and are performing at desired levels by aggregating and analyzing monthly reports and keyword lists. Ensure expenses are within budgeted guidelines. Create, aggregate and analyze monthly reports on brand.com contribution, OTA contribution and room night distribution, paid search performance reports, and available brand.com website analytical reports. Distribute and share report findings through weekly property calls, month end reporting, and e-commerce property review slides to include analysis of SEO, brand.com, OTA’s and Review Site activities. Make recommendations to maximize channels as appropriate. Collect and interpret e-commerce data, and develop / maintain tools for trend comparison. Develop uniform tracking reports to measure effectiveness of e-commerce initiatives. Actively participate in property financial reviews, identifying and responding to critical need areas and trends. Actively participate in annual budgeting process, in accordance with company guidelines and directives. Provide current and accurate financial information, ad hoc reporting and executive overview to ownership and senior management as requested. Investigate and oversee implementation of new and improved services to capture larger share of the local markets. Maintain a working knowledge of relevant trends and best practices in business management and finance, so business opportunities can be identified and capitalized on in the continually changing economic and business environment. Submit recommendations for changes and improvements to superiors. Provide on-going e-commerce and online marketing support and guidance to property Directors of Sales / sales teams, Regional Directors of Sales / Regional Directors of Revenue Management, and other support team personnel. Direct, educate and assist direct reports and property teams in e-commerce and online marketing best practices, including but not limited to search engine marketing, online demand generation channels, social media, online reputation management and overall online representation. Conduct targeted weekly/monthly property calls to review website performance, SEO and PPC results and to discuss any other relevant e-commerce and online marketing issues at the property level. Provide corporate e-commerce support for portfolio wide initiatives including but not limited to portfolio centric room packages, brand e-commerce marketing initiatives and non-brand e-commerce initiatives such as Cvent. Manage web-vendor, brand e-commerce team and owner relationships at both the account management and director levels. Work closely with property and corporate personnel, including Regional Directors of Sales, Regional Directors of Revenue Management and Regional Directors of Operations to ensure budgeted revenue goals are achieved. Interact with brand personnel, external web vendors and other partners to ensure our properties receive appropriate attention and full benefit of these resources. Provides information, guidance and direction to corporate and hotel management in all areas related to e-commerce and digital marketing. Ensure all efforts are in alignment with the vision and direction of the company, brand requirements, and local, state and national regulations. Serve as the primary point of contact between web vendors and regional teams / executive management. Ensure that brand and vendor SEO efforts are maximized to achieve high SEO page rankings for brand.com sites and brand independent sites, where applicable. Represent the company in web vendor and field marketing property status calls, ensuring that the e-commerce and online marketing needs of the portfolio are identified and addressed. Negotiate and structure new/renewed web vendor contracts for SEO work and/or independent site creation and maintenance. Provide guidance and direction to vendor website building teams, ensuring that SEO and user experience best practices are applied, brand standards are followed, and revenue is readily tracked. Participate in hotel acquisitions and other projects as requested, providing due diligence information and analysis and working closely with appropriate corporate personnel. Other duties as assigned. Work collaboratively with the corporate support team to ensure Company assets are accurately tracked and protected. Submit to superiors recommendations on changes and improvements. Oversee the compilation and analyze various corporate and property reports to provide management with accurate information and to comply with corporate policies and procedures. Complete all required and requested reporting in a timely and accurate manner. Remain positive, resourceful and possess the ability to improvise while working in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure. Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned.

Sweeps, scrubs, waxes, and polishes floors, using brooms and mops and powered scrubbing and waxing machines. Cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies, using vacuum cleaner. Collects soiled linens for laundering and receives and stores linen supplies in linen closet. Cleans bathrooms and replenishes with supplies. Refurnishes room with supplies, towels etc. as required. Job Responsibilities Perform all audit procedures as set forth by the Hotel and company, on a daily basis. Verify the status of all wake-up call requests and ensure they are properly handled. Balance all cash receipts and work performed during the audit shift. Make deposits of cash. Prepare the front office for the ‘AM’ shift and reset day’s business. Act as a Guest Service representative and manager on duty during the night time hours. Act as PBX operator during the audit shift. Attend and actively participate in all front office meetings. Job Responsibilities Requisitions additional help as required by banquet schedule. Directs setting up of tables, and decorations. Plans the serving order and orchestrates its completion in a timely, quiet and courteous manner. Supervises wait staff and set up staff. Trains all set up and wait staff. Ensures that waiters and waitresses are ready to serve meal when it is prepared. Takes the initiative to greet guests in a friendly and warm manner and ensures all needs are met. Observes guests to fulfill any additional requests, to perceive when next course should begin, or when meal is completed. Aides in the operation of banquet department. Reports To Executive Housekeeper Supervises N/A Job Purpose Under the direct supervision of the hotel’s Executive Housekeeper, take ownership in assuring that the public space areas of the hotel and existing flooring materials of the hotel are properly protected from soil, cleaned regularly and maintained to a high level of appearance. Job Responsibilities Under supervision, establish, evaluate and perform work on a cleaning and preventive maintenance program for all flooring surfaces of the hotel. Under supervision, keep abreast of all new cleaning procedures, cleaning products and technology that can be used in maintaining and enhancing the public space areas of the hotel. Under supervision, work to build a “team” approach among the various hotel departments to assist in the overall philosophy of keeping the public space clean and fresh in appearance. On your own, take initiative to be a hotel ambassador by always greeting hotel guests in a friendly and warm manner. On your own, stock cleaning cart with appropriate supplies for shift. On your own sweep, vacuum, wet mop, scrub, buff and properly maintain hotel floors using hand tools, brooms, brushes, mops vacuums and other powered equipment. On your own, abide by the regulations set forth by material safety data sheets of various cleaning products. On your own, observe and report the need for repairs to equipment, furniture and building components. With very little supervision, empty public space trash bins, clean lobby and banquet bathrooms, pick up all trash on table and floors. Reports To Director of Sales and Marketing Supervises N/A Job Purpose Generation of top line catering revenue for the hotel by maximizing all revenue potential and up-selling additional events/amenities, whenever possible, to build additional revenues. Job Responsibilities Handle and follow up on inquiries for small meetings/events with or without guestrooms. Follow up on leads by qualifying the customer’s needs and dates for the event to determine if the business is a good fit for the property. Negotiate contracts and banquet event orders (BEO). Identify and price customer needs for the event, up-selling where possible, and closing the sale with the customer, collecting the customer deposit and signature on the BEO. Communicate group details/changes to all hotel departments, coordinating customer’s needs with other property business and activities to ensure customer’s expectations are met and the property operates efficiently. Present potential business at Driver Meetings to determine best mix of customers for hotel to attain budgeted revenues. Conduct meetings with client and hotel staff to ensure each event meets client’s expectations. Finalize and detail catering plans for groups contracted by assigned sales manager. Completely orchestrates these functions on-site or off-site. Empowered to do whatever it takes to solve problems. Prospect for new catering business using a wide variety of methods including phone calls, outside sales calls, trade shows, attending community functions, blitzes, internet prospecting, supplier partnerships, etc. Monitor blocked space to ensure group is meeting their contractual obligations. Initiate release of blocked space on cut-off date to allow sale of these rooms to other customers. Maintain account files in software system, ensuring accurate communication between client and hotel staff. Other duties as assigned. To act as liaison between General Manager and department managers. To meet or exceed hotel budget, guest satisfaction and associate satisfaction guidelines and franchisee expectations. Job Responsibilities Oversees Rooms Division, Food and Beverage Division as well as Engineering discipline. Preferably prior experience as department head/executive committee member within the Food and Beverage discipline or Rooms, to compliment General Manager’s experience.
