Job Purpose

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage departments.
• Ensure that all hotel operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
• Maintain standards of guest service quality. Contribute to the profitability and guest satisfaction perception of other hotel departments. Increase level of guest satisfaction by delivery of an improved product through employee development, job engineering and quality image.
• Manage and train staff to provide exceptional customer service.
• Achieve budgeted revenues and expenses and maximizes profitability related to the guest services department.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the guest experience and increase efficiency
• Monitor and analyze hotel performance metrics and make necessary adjustments to improve profitability
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
• Manage budgets and expenses to maximize profitability
• Develop short term and long term financial and operational plans for the guest service department which relate to the overall objectives of the hotel. Participate in the preparation of the annual hotel budget.

•  Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel operations management
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
