Job Purpose
 This role is focused on identifying, soliciting, and securing new customers for the Villas at The Hilton Scottsdale Resort. The Villas are a collection of 45 private, two-bedroom luxury residential style accommodations ideal for high end leisure transient and group stays, executive travel, and relocations. Target customer segments will include a focus on consortia, luxury/boutique agencies, corporate travel, incentive, and wholesale distributors. This manager will liaison with all third-party sources and partners to market and drive bookings into the Villas including
Experience
Scottsdale, HPN, Hilton Brand National Sales, and Social Media Influencers. Additionally cultivating repeat Transient and Group stays through the VIP handling of the stay experience. 
Job Responsibilities
  1. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and   annual sales goals as designated by the Director of Sales & Marketing
  2. Collaborate with Hilton Worldwide Sales team to identify opportunities for both Group and Transient in the segments of: TMC, Wholesale, National Corporate, Incentive, and Government (seasonally).
  3. Lead and manage the RFP process for TMC, Luxury Consortia, Wholesale, and Local corporate accounts for both Villas and Hilton.
  4. Solicit and promote the Villas to local accounts to include but not be not limited to: Relocation/renovation companies, real estate for temporary housing, interior designers, hospitals, local companies, government organizations based on seasonal pricing needs. 
  5. Educate and develop hotel relationships with key accounts to increase customer satisfaction and account revenue for Luxury Consortia Travel Advisor, Boutique Luxury Agencies, Individual and Suite clientele.
  6. Maximize Sales Tools including True Tour, Zoom Info, Linkedin, Hilton/Delphi Database, and generate creative custom proposals and presentations.
  7. Negotiate with clients and achieve maximum revenue while satisfying clients' needs.
  8. Monitor production of all Accounts, as well as individual stay clientele and evaluate trends within the luxury leisure industry
  9. Show initiative and resourcefulness in developing Individual guest room experience ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  10. Collaborate with all relevant departments in preparation for Villa clientele arrival and experience.
  11. Actively solicits new business through outside client visits, entertaining and appointments.
  12. Implement special promotions relating to the Luxury Consortia and wholesale segments.
  13. Conduct thorough and creative site visits of the hotel with clients, exhibiting key features and benefits of the property.
  14. Proactively engage clients off-property via office visits, industry events and client entertainment.
  15. Attend tradeshows and promotional events which may include travel, in order to develop networking opportunities through active participation and events.
  16. Knowledgeable of all VIP guests and communicates to the team all needs of the guests.
  17. Curates a personalized and meaningful experience for the Villa guest.
  18. Receive and respond to all customer inquiries within four business hours. Negotiate and capture all profitable in accordance with selective selling guidelines.
  19. Prepare and send requested proposals and contracts to designated potential group clients.
  20. Other duties as assigned.
Job Skills
  1.  Exhibit computer skills to include word processing, spreadsheet, and familiarity with brand specific property Management System(s). 
  2.  Exercise excellent communication, presentation, organization, time management and listening skills. 
  3.  Use analytical skills for measuring business potential and value to the hotel. 
  4. Utilize Social Media platforms to promote business   including Facebook and Instagram posts and reels.

Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s Degree or University in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Experience

Minimum 1 -2 years’ experience in Convention Services, Banquet, Hotel Sales, Marketing, or equivalent education and experience.   Luxury experience preferred
