The Role

As our Executive Sous Chef, you’ll be leading the culinary operation, ensuring consistent quality, strong execution, and a well-trained, motivated kitchen team. You’ll be hands-on, service-driven, and deeply involved in maintaining standards while helping drive food cost control and guest satisfaction.

• Support daily kitchen operations across all outlets and events
• Lead line execution, prep, and production during service periods

• Train, coach, and supervise culinary team members
• Assist with scheduling, inventory, ordering, and food cost controls
• Enforce sanitation, food safety, and health compliance standards
• Step in for the Executive Chef as needed with confidence and command
