Compensation: $20.50 to $22.00 per hour

You are organized, confident, and skilled at leading a team through busy events. You understand how to coordinate service, communicate clearly, and create a smooth and enjoyable experience for guests. If you enjoy leading by example and bringing events to life, keep reading.

The Role As a Banquet Captain, you supervise banquet servers and oversee the setup, service, and breakdown of events. You ensure that event details are executed correctly, guests receive excellent service, and the team works together efficiently.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Lead banquet staff during setup, service, and breakdown of events
  • Review event orders and ensure rooms are set to specifications
  • Coordinate timing, service flow, and guest needs throughout events
  • Communicate event details to servers and support teams
  • Assist with serving food, beverages, and clearing tables as needed
  • Ensure cleanliness, professionalism, and adherence to service standards
  • Address guest concerns promptly and professionally
  • Communicate event updates and needs to leadership and kitchen teams

  • Strong communication and team leadership skills

  • Ability to multitask and stay calm during busy events
  • Able to stand, walk, and lift during event operations
