Hilton Garden Inn Highlands Ranch is seeking a Food & Beverage Service Specialist to join our hospitality team. This dual-role position is ideal for someone who enjoys cooking, interacting with guests, and taking pride in providing excellent dining experiences. You will prepare fresh menu items and deliver friendly, efficient table service in our hotel restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

In the Kitchen

• Bring our menu to life by preparing fresh, tasty meals that start (or end!) our guests’ day on a high note
• Follow Hilton brand standards and food safety guidelines to keep everything delicious and safe
• Keep your kitchen station clean, organized, and ready for action
• Jump in where needed—because great hospitality is a team sport

On the Floor

• Greeting guests with a warm smile and genuine hospitality
• Take orders, serve food, and make every guest feel welcome and cared for
• Create a positive dining experience by being attentive, friendly, and responsive
• Keep dining and service areas clean, inviting, and guest-ready
• Handle guest questions or concerns with professionalism and a service-first mindset

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or serving (hotel or restaurant experience preferred)
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
