What You’ll Do

• Lead & Inspire

  Manage and mentor engineering teams across multiple properties, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

• Strategic Oversight

  Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs, energy-saving initiatives, and compliance with brand standards.

• Operational Excellence

  Ensure all systems—HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life safety—are functioning optimally.

• Budget & Planning

  Oversee capital projects, manage budgets, and coordinate with property GMs for long-term asset protection.

• Guest Satisfaction

  Respond promptly to guest needs and maintain the highest standards of property appearance and functionality.

Skills

• Strong technical knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
• Expertise in preventive maintenance and energy management.
• Leadership and team development skills.
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Certifications such as EPA, CPO, or similar are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in hotel engineering leadership, preferably multi-property or large-scale operations.
• Proven track record managing engineering teams and driving results.
• Experience with budgeting, capital planning, and project management.
• Familiarity with hospitality brand standards and compliance requirements.
