Schedule: Monday through Friday 4:00 am - 10:00 am. Saturday & Sunday 5:00 am - 11:00 am.  On Wednesday we offer Social Events for our guests, therefore, ideal candidate must be available to work on Wednesday from 2:30 pm - 8:30 pm.  (All schedule is subject to change based on business demands)

Job Purpose

Job Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring they feel comfortable and well-attended to
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all supplies are well-stocked and easily accessible
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
• Sets up tables for breakfast customers.
• Cleans tables, wipes down salt and pepper shakers, etc.
• Maintains a clean and organized dish breakdown area with clean china, silver, glassware and utensils.
• Maintains an ample amount of ice in ice bin. Restock glasses, cups, plates, napkins, and trays.
• Removes water glasses and coffee cups upon request of user.
• Maintains bus stands in a neat and organized manner.

Education

• High school diploma preferred

Experience

• Prior food and beverage experience preferred.

Licenses/Certifications

• Food safety sanitation certification
