Reports To Front Office/Operations Manager Supervises N/A Job Purpose To ensure all revenue is posted to the correct departments and to balance all revenue departments on a daily basis, and complete all necessary reports. Job Responsibilities Perform all audit procedures as set forth by the Hotel and company, on a daily basis. Verify the status of all wake-up call requests and ensure they are properly handled. Balance all cash receipts and work performed during the audit shift. Make deposits of cash. Prepare the front office for the ‘AM’ shift and reset day’s business. Act as a Guest Service representative and manager on duty during the night time hours. Act as PBX operator during the audit shift. Attend and actively participate in all front office meetings. Participate in all training and cross training programs. Take the initiative to greet guests in a friendly and warm manner. Other duties as assigned. Reports To Front Office/Operations Manager Supervises N/A Job Purpose To perform in a pleasant, professional and efficient manner, a combination of duties mainly related, but not limited, to check-in and check-out of guests which contributes to an overall positive experience. Job Responsibilities Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests. Issue room key and escort instructions to Bell person or directly to guest as appropriate, without announcing room numbers. Answer inquiries pertaining to hotel services, registration of guests and shopping, dining, entertainment and travel directions. Keep records of room availability and guests’ accounts. May make, confirm and cancel reservations for guests. Compute bill, collects payment and makes change for guests. May post charges such as room, food, liquor or telephone by hand or machine. Date-stamp, sort and rack incoming mail and messages. Transmit and receive messages using equipment such as telephone, fax and switchboard. Understand and enforce the hotel company credit policies. Account for all cash and makes deposits in accordance with hotel and company policies. Take the initiative to greet guests in a friendly and warm manner. If functioning in a Lead Capacity: (a) take responsibility for assigned employees in the absence of the Supervisor, (b) assign work, and ensure proper performance of assigned employees. May make restaurant, transportation or entertainment reservations for guests; may deposit guests’ valuables in hotel safe or safe-deposit box; may order complimentary flowers or champagne for special guests. Reports To Asst Chief Engineer, Chief Engineer Supervises N/A Job Purpose Apply paint, vinyl and wallpaper including special papers and fabrics to walls furniture and structures. Job Responsibilities Washes scrapes, sands, and/or smoothes interior and exterior surfaces prior to painting, varnishing, lacquering or applying other related materials. Installs, repairs, and maintains drywalls, wall texturing, and ceiling acoustic texturing. Erects various types, staging, ladders, and planks to reach surfaces of work area for Painters and others. Examine and maintain painted exterior and interior painted surfaces, trimming and fixtures. Prepare surfaces and apply paints, stains, shading stains, and clear finishes. Determine, cut and apply wallpaper or fabric to walls. Cover Interior walls and ceilings with wallpaper or fabrics. Maintain logs of work performed. Submit finished work orders to supervisor. Other duties as assigned. Job Skills Knowledge of the tools, equipment, materials, and application techniques common to the painting trade. Knowledge and skill in hazardous materials handling, application, and disposal. Identification, safe handling, and appropriate disposal of paints, stains, preparatory and undercoating materials, and other hazardous materials. Skill in the preparation and application of paints, stains, and surface preparation materials to a wide variety of surfaces
Reports To AGM/Food and Beverage Director, Asst F & B Director Supervises F & B Outlet Supervisor, F & B Outlet Associates Job Purpose To manage the restaurant’s operation, maintaining established cost and quality standards so as to ensure superior service and maximize profits. Job Responsibilities Develop short term and long term financial and operational plans for the restaurant which support the overall objectives of the company. Prepare the annual budget. Monitor the performance of the restaurant through verification and analysis of customer satisfaction systems and financial reports. Initiate corrective action. Maintain product and service quality standards by conducting ongoing evaluations and investigating complaints. Initiate corrective action. Implement and maintain sales/marketing programs. Establish and maintain a pro-active human resource function to ensure employee motivation, training and development, wage/benefit administration and compliance with established labor regulations. Establish and maintain applicable preventative maintenance programs to protect the physical assets of the restaurant. Maintain a security function which protects both the assets of the restaurant and the personal safety of employees and customers. Implement and maintain effective two-way communication systems which reach all employees. Develop new programs which result in an increased level of customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Reports To Director of Sales, General Manager Supervises N/A Job Purpose Secure new volume accounts; grow positive relationships with assigned existing accounts; assure positive recognition within the local community for the hotel. Job Responsibilities Solicit, negotiate and generate contracted revenues from volume prospects that meet criteria established in the hotel business plan. Employ revenue management techniques to recommend corporate rate proposals. Accurately prepare and present Requests for Proposals so that both client and hotel receive a good value. Prospect for new contract business using a wide variety of methods including phone calls, outside sales calls, attending community functions, internet prospecting, supplier partnerships, trade journals, etc. Develop, implement and constantly modify sales action plans. Manage and maintain an accurate and up-to-date contact management system. Negotiate and close contracts that meet the hotel’s business plan objectives. Desired arrival, departure and volume patterns must be met. Internally communicate client requirements, thereby insuring all information is accurate between client and hotel staff. Coordinate and participate in target market trade shows and sales blitzes. Conduct competitive analysis and maintain competitor files in order to be able to compete successfully. Maintain good rapport with local civic groups and companies. Other duties as assigned. Job Skills Computer skills to include word processing, spreadsheet, and familiarity with brand specific property Management System(s). Reports To Lounge Manager, Assistant GM, Dir of F&B, Restaurant Manager Supervises N/A Job Purpose To mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to patrons of beverage outlets, following standard recipes, and to promote food sales. Job Responsibilities Mix ingredients, such as liquor, soda, water, sugar and bitters to prepare cocktails and other drinks. Serve wine draught, bottled beer, non-alcoholic beverages and food. Collect money for drinks served. Orders and requisitions liquors and supplies. Stock and replenish glasses, beverages, mixes, fruit, and guest supplies. Place bottled goods and glasses to make an attractive display. Wash glasses, bar, and equipment. Slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks; prepare appetizers, such as pickles, cheese and cold meats. Take the initiative to greet guests in a friendly and warm manner. If functioning in a Lead Capacity: (a) take responsibility for assigned associates in the absence of the Supervisor, (b) assign work, and ensure proper performance of assigned associates.
