Reports To Director of Rooms Supervises Housekeeping Supervisors, Room Attendants, Laundry Attendants, Publick Area Attendants, House Attendants Job Purpose To manage all facets of the Housekeeping Department ensuring high levels of guest service and satisfaction. Includes rooms, laundry, all indoor and outdoor public areas, department storage areas, Lost and Found, and work areas. Job Responsibilities Supervise housekeeping and laundry staff: hiring, firing, performance evaluations, training and development. Schedule staff according to labor standards and forecasted occupancy. Assist Director of Rooms in development of the department’s annual budget. Monitor performance against plan. Enforce policies and procedures. Maintain room quality based on hotel objectives. Monitors and maintains level of cleanliness in rooms, corridors, landings, storage areas, laundry, restrooms and all public areas. Compile and report accurate status of guest rooms to front office. Enforce standard procedures for the acceptance, security, and return on guest lost and found items. Maintain standard procedures for security of on-loan equipment. Maintain productivity and labor cost goals. Establish and maintain cost control systems for staffing linen inventories and cleaning supplies. Conduct inventories of linen, supplies and equipment. Order and receive supplies to maintain adequate inventory levels. Ensure quality services are rendered in meeting guest needs and that guest relations are enhanced. Other duties as assigned. Reports To Lounge Manager, Assistant GM, Dir of F&B, Restaurant Manager Supervises N/A Job Purpose To mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to patrons of beverage outlets, following standard recipes, and to promote food sales. Job Responsibilities Mix ingredients, such as liquor, soda, water, sugar and bitters to prepare cocktails and other drinks. Serve wine draught, bottled beer, non-alcoholic beverages and food. Collect money for drinks served. Orders and requisitions liquors and supplies. Stock and replenish glasses, beverages, mixes, fruit, and guest supplies. Place bottled goods and glasses to make an attractive display. Wash glasses, bar, and equipment. Slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks; prepare appetizers, such as pickles, cheese and cold meats. Take the initiative to greet guests in a friendly and warm manner. If functioning in a Lead Capacity: (a) take responsibility for assigned associates in the absence of the Supervisor, (b) assign work, and ensure proper performance of assigned associates. Reports To F&B Supervisor, F&B Manager Supervises N/A Job Purpose To sell products provided in the gift shop area as well as provide food and beverage items in the Coffee shop. Provide high quality guest service and demonstrates outstanding interpersonal relations. Job Responsibilities Informs customers about the available food, beverage, and gift shop items available in the Coffee shop and provides customers with information about the hotel. Prepares specialty coffee drinks in accordance with established recipes. Operates Coffee shop equipment according to proper procedures. Maintains a neat and clean environment in the Coffee shop. Cleans equipment, displays, floors, etc. as per SOP for daily cleaning program. Straightens/refreshes/restocks merchandise and food displays to maintain a “fresh” look in the Coffee shop. Close and open Coffee shop on time with proper setup for the day and proper closing procedure for the evening. Completes all sales through the Micros system, processes transactions in accordance with established accounting procedures ensuring proper cash handling, and is responsible for a cash drawer. Assists with managing inventory by monitoring stocks and working with management to place orders. Accounts for all cash and secures money drops in accordance with hotel and company policies. Knows and complies with all company policies and procedures pertaining to this position and its duties. Other duties as assigned. Reports To Guest Service/Operations Manager Supervises N/A Job Purpose To administer professional, personalized service for each guest from the time of first contact in the Marriott Concierge Lounge. Job Responsibilities Greet and assist guests, communicating hotel amenities and policies as well as local attractions and directions. Answer phone and direct calls. Explain F&B menu, pricing and all other policies to guests. Process all points of sale transactions - Liquor/Alcohol. Maintain area in a professional manner. Maintain office supplies. Keep area organized and clean. Fulfill opening and closing shift duties. Support F&B and Front Office Manager with necessary communication. Other duties as assigned. Job Skills Ability to establish a friendly relationship with all guests while anticipating their needs. Ability to handle point of sale for services and retail items. Familiar with standard computer programs. Strong command of the English language with ability to explain various treatment/services to guests.
Reports To Executive Housekeeper Supervises N/A Job Purpose To tend laundering machines to clean articles such as wearing apparel, sheets, blankets, and other linens used by the hotel and guests. May deliver clean and/or soiled linens to and from property utilizing hotel motor vehicle. Job Responsibilities Load articles into washer and adds specified amount of detergent, soap, or other cleaning agent. Turn valve to fill washer with water. Start machine that automatically washes and rinses articles. Lift clean, wet articles from washer and places them successively into wringers and driers for measured time cycles. Sort dried articles according to identification number or type. Fold and place item in appropriate storage bin. Iron all table linens. Lubricate machines, using grease gun and oil can. Ensure cleanliness of equipment. Take the initiative to greet guests in a friendly and warm manner. Other duties as assigned. Job Skills Follow instructions. Adjust to doing the same thing over and over. Move or lift heavy objects. Familiarity of the material safety data sheet when using chemicals and safety rules when working around machinery

Replenish supplies such as drinking glasses, writing supplies and bathroom supplies in guest rooms. Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and locker rooms and other work areas Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture and draperies, using vacuum cleaner. Dust furniture and equipment. Polish metalwork, such as fixtures and fittings. Wash walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills. Empty wastebaskets, and empties and cleans ashtrays Transport trash and waste to disposal area. Replace light bulbs. Collects soiled linens for laundering and receives and stores linen supplies in linen closet. Load articles into washer and adds specified amount of detergent, soap, or other cleaning agent. Position assists with promoting the restaurant focusing on bar/beverage operation, food and beverage menu planning, maintains standards, assists bar staff and servers on the floor during peak periods and manages property liquor inventories and controls. Strives to ensure guest and employee satisfaction while maintaining the operating budget. Accountable for enforcing all legal obligations professionally and consistently. Determines training needed to accomplish goals, then implements plan. Strengthens the food and beverage/culinary team by assisting in other outlets when needed.
