Job Purpose To shuttle hotel guests during their stay by making it easier and more enjoyable to arrive, check in and stay at the property.
Job Responsibilities
Drives incoming/departing hotel guests to hotel, airport, shopping center and miscellaneous destinations and assists guests with luggage.
Attends and participates in monthly front desk meetings.
Inspects van to ensure that it is in order and that supplies are adequate.
Offers information pertaining to available services and facilities of hotel, points of interest and entertainment attractions.
Pages guests in lobby, dining rooms or other parts of property. Delivers messages and runs errands.
Maintains courtesy van consisting of washing, cleaning, and fueling.
Maintains lobby in a clean and tidy manner; this includes, but is not limited to ashtrays, trash, seating areas, front doors, floors, etc.
Maintains the front porte-cochere by picking up trash, sweeping off sidewalks, etc.
Completes daily shuttle log/checklist.
Other duties as assigned.

Job Purpose To tend laundering machines to clean articles such as wearing apparel, sheets, blankets, and other linens used by the hotel and guests.
Job Responsibilities
Load articles into washer and adds specified amount of detergent, soap, or other cleaning agent.
Turn valve to fill washer with water.
Start machine that automatically washes and rinses articles.
Lift clean, wet articles from washer and places them successively into wringers and driers for measured time cycles.
Sort dried articles according to identification number or type.
Fold and place item in appropriate storage bin.
Iron all table linens.
Lubricate machines, using grease gun and oil can.
Ensure cleanliness of equipment.
Take the initiative to greet guests in a friendly and warm manner.
Other duties as assigned.
