Job Purpose: To maintain a high quality of services offered to guests through management of the functional areas of reservations, guest registration, bell services, telephone services and guest accounting to maintain established operational standards and maximize profits of the hotel. Concierge and garage services may also report to this position (if applicable).
Job Purpose: To perform in a pleasant, professional and efficient manner, a combination of duties mainly related, but not limited, to check-in and check-out of guests which contributes to an overall positive experience.
Job Purpose: Under the direct supervision of the hotel’s Executive Housekeeper, take ownership in assuring that the public space areas of the hotel and existing flooring materials of the hotel are properly protected from soil, cleaned regularly and maintained to a high level of appearance.
