• Cook (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Experience - Minimum 3 months cooking experience at a full service restaurant or hotel.

• Food Server (Food & Beverage)

  Job Purpose:  To serve meals to patrons according to established rules of etiquette. 

• Bus Person (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Silently and quickly carry dirty dishes from the dining room to the kitchen/dishroom.

• Guest Service Representative (Guest Services)

  Experience - Minimum 3 months hospitality, general office, accounts receivable or customer service experience.

• Banquet House Person (Catering/Banquet)

  Completes all work assignments and follows all instructions directed by supervisor or shift leader. 

• Maintenance Person (Engineering/Maintenance)

  Shift:  4:00pm - 12:30am (subject to change based on business needs)  

• Housekeeping Inspections / Supervisor (Housekeeping)

  Experience - At least 2-3 years of housekeeping experience required.

• Room Attendant (Housekeeping)

  Experience - Previous hotel and/or commercial cleaning highly preferred.
